By accessing the takoVPN website, purchasing a VPN subscription, purchasing an eSIM package, or otherwise using any service provided by takoVPN (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
takoVPN operates exclusively as an independent reseller of VPN and eSIM services. takoVPN does not own, operate, or maintain VPN server infrastructure or mobile network infrastructure. The VPN service is provided by third-party VPN infrastructure providers, and the eSIM service is provided by third-party mobile network operators and eSIM aggregators. takoVPN acts solely as an intermediary that facilitates the purchase and delivery of these third-party services. takoVPN makes no representations or warranties regarding the performance, availability, security, or reliability of the underlying third-party infrastructure.
takoVPN resells Virtual Private Network (VPN) access with the following specifications:
All stated specifications are targets and not guarantees. Actual performance depends on the third-party infrastructure provider and factors beyond takoVPN's control, including but not limited to network congestion, geographic distance, server load, and your local internet connection.
takoVPN resells anonymous eSIM data packages for 190+ countries. eSIM packages are one-time purchases and vary by data volume, validity period, and destination country. eSIM connectivity, coverage, network speed, and availability are provided by third-party mobile network operators and are entirely outside of takoVPN's control. takoVPN does not guarantee coverage, signal quality, data speeds, or network availability in any region. It is solely your responsibility to verify that the eSIM package you purchase is compatible with your device and suitable for your intended use before completing payment.
takoVPN is designed for maximum anonymity. We do not require you to create an account. We do not require, collect, or store any personally identifiable information. The only information you provide is a disposable email address of your choosing to receive your VPN credentials or eSIM activation QR code. We strongly recommend using a disposable or anonymous email address. takoVPN has no ability to verify the identity of any user, and does not attempt to do so. You acknowledge that this anonymous architecture, while protecting your privacy, also means that takoVPN cannot identify, authenticate, or associate any payment, order, or service with any specific individual.
All payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency. We accept:
Payments are sent directly to our wallet addresses. We do not use third-party payment processors. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or any form of fiat currency. You are solely responsible for ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address using the correct blockchain network. takoVPN is not liable for payments sent to incorrect addresses, on incorrect networks, or in incorrect amounts.
VPN subscriptions are available in the following billing cycles:
Prices are displayed in USD and converted to the selected cryptocurrency at the current market rate at the time of purchase. There is no auto-renewal. To continue service, you must manually purchase a new subscription. Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of price display and actual payment are your responsibility.
Payments are verified automatically via public blockchain APIs. To enable automatic matching, each order includes a unique amount (with randomized cents). You must send the exact amount shown during checkout. Payment must be completed within 60 minutes of order creation. If the payment is not received or confirmed on the blockchain within this window, the order is automatically voided. takoVPN is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, insufficient gas fees, or any other factor affecting transaction confirmation times.
After payment confirmation on the blockchain, your VPN credentials or eSIM QR code will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery is typically within a few minutes of blockchain confirmation. It is your sole responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address. takoVPN is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, mailbox capacity limits, or email provider issues. Once delivery to the provided email address is completed, takoVPN's delivery obligation is fulfilled.

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases without exception, including but not limited to: VPN subscriptions of any duration, eSIM packages of any type, situations where you are dissatisfied with the service, situations where the service does not meet your expectations, situations where you purchased the wrong product, situations where you are unable to use the service due to your device, network, or jurisdiction, situations where service is interrupted or unavailable, and situations where your subscription is terminated for violation of these Terms.
If you send an incorrect amount, send payment to the wrong address, send payment on the wrong blockchain network, or send payment after the 60-minute checkout window has expired, takoVPN is under no obligation to refund, credit, or otherwise compensate you. takoVPN will make reasonable efforts to assist in cases of clearly identifiable overpayments, but is not obligated to do so and cannot guarantee recovery of funds. Any assistance provided is at takoVPN's sole discretion and does not create any obligation or precedent.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activities conducted through the Service. You agree NOT to use takoVPN for:
takoVPN does not monitor, inspect, or log your use of the Service and therefore has no knowledge of what activities you conduct. However, you remain fully and solely responsible for your actions at all times. The fact that takoVPN does not monitor your activities does not relieve you of any legal obligation or liability whatsoever.
Each VPN subscription supports up to 5 simultaneous connections. You may use these connections on your own devices. Reselling, sharing, or distributing your credentials to third parties is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund and without prior notice.
takoVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any user, at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without refund. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, abuse of the infrastructure, or any activity that takoVPN, in its sole discretion, considers harmful to the service or its reputation. Termination of service does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities under these Terms.
takoVPN reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time. takoVPN may discontinue offering the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. In the event of a permanent service discontinuation, takoVPN shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind for unused subscription periods.

This no-log policy is enforced through our technical architecture, which does not include persistent storage mechanisms for user activity data. While we have implemented technical measures to enforce this policy, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee that no data will ever be captured under all circumstances, including but not limited to unforeseen technical issues, software bugs, third-party infrastructure behavior, or requirements imposed by applicable law upon the underlying infrastructure providers.

Payments are processed directly on public blockchains. takoVPN does not collect or store personal payment information. We do not use third-party payment processors, merchant accounts, or payment gateways. Transaction verification is performed using publicly available blockchain APIs. Blockchain transactions are inherently public and visible on the respective blockchain's public ledger. takoVPN has no control over the transparency of public blockchains and is not responsible for any privacy implications arising from the public nature of blockchain transactions.
Our website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, pixel tags, web beacons, fingerprinting, or any third-party scripts that collect user data. The only data stored in your browser is your language preference (in localStorage), which never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
takoVPN does not voluntarily share, sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any data to third parties. Given our no-log policy and minimal data collection, we have virtually no data to share. takoVPN may be compelled to comply with valid legal processes issued by courts of competent jurisdiction. However, due to our technical architecture and no-log policy, we possess no meaningful data to produce in response to any legal request, subpoena, court order, or government demand.
takoVPN does not operate a database of user information. Transient order data exists only in volatile memory during order processing. Once an order is completed and credentials are delivered, no record of the transaction persists on our systems. takoVPN cannot retrieve, reconstruct, or produce historical order data, usage data, or any user-attributable data because such data does not exist in our systems.
In the unlikely event of a security breach affecting our systems, takoVPN will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users through the means available to us. However, given that we do not retain user data, email addresses, or any persistent user records, our ability to identify or contact affected individuals may be limited or impossible. You acknowledge that the anonymous nature of the Service inherently limits our ability to provide individual breach notifications.
takoVPN is a reseller, not a provider, of VPN and eSIM infrastructure. The underlying VPN servers, network infrastructure, and eSIM connectivity are owned, operated, and maintained by independent third-party providers over whom takoVPN has no operational control. takoVPN does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the uptime, performance, security, privacy practices, or legal compliance of any third-party provider.
You acknowledge and agree that takoVPN shall bear no liability whatsoever for: service outages, performance degradation, data breaches, privacy violations, security vulnerabilities, or any other issues originating from or caused by the third-party VPN or eSIM infrastructure providers. Any claims related to the quality, availability, or performance of the underlying service must be directed to the respective third-party provider, not to takoVPN.
takoVPN's resale of third-party services does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of such services. takoVPN makes no representations about the third-party providers' compliance with any laws, regulations, or standards.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether your use of takoVPN complies with all applicable laws, regulations, directives, and orders in your country, state, province, territory, or any other jurisdiction in which you reside, are located, or from which you access the Service. takoVPN makes no representation that its services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. By using takoVPN, you affirm that you have independently reviewed and understand the laws applicable to you and that your use of this Service does not violate any such laws. takoVPN expressly disclaims any responsibility for advising you of the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
takoVPN provides a technical tool. The legality of using a VPN or eSIM service varies widely by jurisdiction and is subject to change without notice. It is entirely and exclusively your obligation to ensure that your use of this Service, including the content you access, transmit, store, or distribute while connected, is lawful under all applicable local, national, and international laws. takoVPN expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for your failure to comply with applicable laws. Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service are yours and yours alone.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. takoVPN does not knowingly provide services to minors. Given our anonymous service architecture, we have no means to verify your age.
takoVPN does not store, log, record, monitor, retain, or possess any user activity data, browsing history, connection logs, IP addresses, DNS queries, traffic data, session data, or any other information related to your use of the VPN or eSIM service. Our infrastructure is architecturally designed to operate without persistent storage of user activity data. As a direct and intentional consequence of this zero-data architecture:

Server availability, connection speeds, network performance, and service uptime may vary and are subject to factors beyond takoVPN's control, including the performance of third-party infrastructure providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAKOVPN, ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, business interruption, personal injury, privacy breaches, or any other intangible or tangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), warranty, statute, or otherwise, even if takoVPN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the complete exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, takoVPN's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. IN NO EVENT SHALL TAKOVPN'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO TAKOVPN IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50.00).
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF TAKOVPN IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. You assume full and complete responsibility for all consequences arising from your use of the Service, including without limitation:
takoVPN shall not be held responsible for any actions, omissions, or consequences resulting from your decision to use this Service. You use the Service voluntarily and with full knowledge of the risks involved.
You agree to fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably indemnify, defend, and hold harmless takoVPN, its operators, owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, investigations, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party; (f) any content you access, transmit, or distribute using the Service; or (g) your failure to comply with any legal obligation. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the Service and these Terms indefinitely.
takoVPN is not responsible for the actions, policies, practices, data handling, security measures, or legal compliance of any third-party websites, services, applications, or networks that you may access while using the Service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. takoVPN shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility in connection therewith.
takoVPN shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond takoVPN's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, government actions, sanctions, embargoes, internet outages, power failures, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or actions of third-party providers.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact takoVPN and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against takoVPN.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
takoVPN reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. takoVPN shall not be required to notify you of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision to the maximum extent possible. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and takoVPN with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and takoVPN regarding the Service.
The failure of takoVPN to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by takoVPN.
